This futuristic, truck-bed-installed device is indeed a novel truck bed camper known as the Camp365 T-Model.
It’s a derivative of
Camp365’s towable campers
, introduced in 2018 — features a distinctive foldable design that transforms the small unit into an expansive living area.
Every Camp365 product is manufactured at their facilities in Iowa and Minnesota. These items are crafted with the aim of providing maximal internal room, all while maintaining a light weight and an aerodynamic design to boost vehicle efficiency.

showed you early renders
About a year and a half back, I came across the Camp365 T-Model. Today, it has finally hit the market in an enhanced version, all set for your adventures.
Camp365 T-Model
Weighing approximately 800 pounds and featuring a slim design during transportation, the Camp365 T-Model trailer can fit into various types of trucks. This model can be accommodated by nearly all trucks with beds measuring over 41 inches; however, it performs optimally in at least half-ton full-sized pickups.
The firm claims they’ll focus on mid-sized trucks; however, like always, I’m quite skeptical about this since the camper itself almost reaches the maximum load limit of the truck. This would leave barely any room for passengers, fuel, water, equipment, and so forth.
Camp365 also states that the T-Model will function effectively with the
Lightning
, Cybertruck, and R1T electric trucks—particularly those equipped with custom Camp365 camper nose cones designed specifically for each model.
Upon arriving at the campsite, the T-Model can be quickly unfolded and assembled entirely by a single individual within mere moments. The spacious interior offers remarkable versatility, allowing numerous possibilities for configuring the area according to your needs. This setup provides you with a sheltered spot for sleeping, cooking, working, exercising, practicing yoga, hosting gatherings, among many other activities.
Simple to Move & Keep
This truck camper ought to be relatively fast and simple to detach from your truck, particularly when you have the additional camper jacks. This feature allows you to efficiently utilize the truck for work during weekdays and enjoy camping over the weekend.
This feature allows for leaving the camper set up at a distant campsite—think of it as your own little cabin—and then driving the truck over rougher off-road areas without needing to tow the camper along.
The T-Model typically fits well within most garages, even when installed in the pickup bed. Once stowed away from the truck, it measures around four feet across and can easily be positioned in a corner of your garage. This simplifies storage, enhances security, and proves more convenient compared to conventional truck campers.

Interior Space
The interior layout of the Camp365 T-Model offers numerous customization options. You can have it manufactured with up to two queen-sized beds or choose up to two sets of bunk beds instead. Additionally, a fold-out sofa is available as an alternative configuration. The model also includes a collapsible dining table mounted on the wall for swiftly setting up workspace when needed.
Cooking
The T-Model can come equipped with a Skotti Grill Bundle for versatile fuel options during cooking sessions, including compatibility with a GoSun Solar hybrid oven. This ensures nobody goes without food while out camping.
A sliding drawer at the back of the camper can be reached both internally and externally, designed to accommodate up to two 21QT refrigerator/freezers or one 35QT unit.

Water
In the T-Model, all water systems incur extra charges. A combination of a sink and toilet would set you back $425. You have the option to select either a composting toilet or a marine cassette toilet. The sink comes as a transportable unit designed for both indoor and outdoor use; it features a tap, shower attachment, and mirror.
If you’re looking for substantial water tanks (totalling 24 gallons) along with heated water, consider spending $2,749 for this option. These two tanks are positioned beneath the flooring and offer flexibility—configured either entirely as freshwater reservoirs or split between freshwater and greywater storage. Additionally, they feature ample access points which make these spaces suitable not only for cooling drinks but also simplifying maintenance tasks.
In this configuration, hot water is supplied through a Kakadoo portable shower system that operates using batteries. You have the option to take an outdoor shower within a Kakadoo shower tent or set up an indoor station featuring a foldable basin along with curtains suspended from the ceiling for privacy.
Since everything is designed to be modular, you have the flexibility to create your own water and toilet systems tailored specifically for your camping needs.
Powered Up
A contemporary camping setup wouldn’t be considered fully equipped without a reliable power supply. The Camp365 T-Model integrates seamlessly with the EcoFlow Delta Power Station featuring 1,024Wh capacity, along with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. Its energy potential can expand beyond 5,000Wh when combined properly. Charging options include standard electrical outlets, your vehicle’s charging unit, as well as sunlight via photovoltaic cells. Accompanying this package is a transportable, compact, fold-up kit consisting of panels capable of generating 220 watts from solar sources.
The power system supports Starlink internet connectivity and includes six AC outlets, two DC ports, two USB-A ports, and two USB-C ports for charging various gadgets. Additionally, the RV features adjustable LED lighting inside the cabin.
Climate Control
Managing the temperature within the camper can be achieved simply through using the spacious screened windows for effective cross-breezes and depending on the “patented dual-layer air gap insulation offering a high R-value along with six collapsible closed-cell foam wall panels.” Alternatively, one could opt for advanced technology by adding the optional Eco Flow Wave 2 electrical heating system (6,100 BTU) and cooling unit (5,100 BTU).
The Camp365 T-Model comes with two side awnings integrated into the tent. These enable you to leave the windows open while keeping both rain and sunlight at bay.
Rad Options
A major feature included with the Camp365 T-Model Founders Series is a robust yet light pull-down stairway complete with a handrail. This design significantly simplifies access to and from the camper for people of various age groups and physical capabilities.
The highly functional Camp365 toy racks enable you to transport large items such as kayaks and bicycles alongside your camper during travels. This design reduces the total height and minimizes air drag while on the road.
Hammocks can additionally be suspended outdoors beneath the edges of an unfolded camper or beside the side of a truck for restful shaded siestas.
