is expanding its presence in Europe with the launch of a new luxury brand named Denza. The aim is to rival established Western premium manufacturers such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo. What sets it apart from these competitors is its ability to transform parking into an extraordinary experience.
Denza’s first appearance in Europe features both the D9 van and, notably, the Z9 GT. This shooting brake was crafted under the guidance of Wolfgang Egger, who has previously worked for brands like Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Seat, and Lamborghini. The vehicle hits the market equipped with numerous advancements based on their “e3” platform, which represents an upgrade from the earlier e-Platform 3.0 used in certain BYD vehicles, significantly elevating the standard.
And it operates on three wheels.
One of the innovations included with the E3 platform is an advanced active suspension system, adapted from the one used in more performance-oriented models.

Thanks to its ability to independently control each wheel, the Denza Z9 can keep moving even when one tire gets punctured by accurately adjusting the shock absorbers to support the vehicle on the remaining three tires.
The e3 platform that

Blade batteries
. It will be used for both 100% electric and plug-in hybrid models. The latter will be sold in Europe from 2026 onward.
